    The Ministry of Labor launches fourth phase of the Wages Protection System measures
    Al-Otaibi: The system seeks to resolve the financial problems of employment and enterprise














    The Ministry of labor called on all private sector enterprises to join in the protection of wages, which entered its fourth phase starting in early November, the workshop held recently at the East Chamber in Dammam, Advisor to the Deputy Minister participated in the work of inspection and development of ergonomics Kaitlyn, and presence of wage protection program director with the Ministry, Ibrahim Nasser, as well as representatives of the Agency and the General Organization for social insurance. Al Otaibi said in a paper that the program wage protection is a monitor for the payment of wages for all workers in private enterprises (Saudis and expatriates), for the objectives sought by the Ministry was establishment of a database containing updated information on the remuneration of employees in the private sector, and to measure the commitment of enterprises to pay wages on time and in the agreed value, and thus reducing wage differences between establishments and private sector employment.
    Accordingly, the program as Alotaibi carries many features and benefits including: 'ensure payment of wages and the agreed value, building a database to be used in the regulation of the labor market, and documentation of the rights of the parties, security in financial transactions ', especially if we know that the program simple and easy to use, confidential, and does not have any additional costs, and applied gradually, depending on the schedule, announced by the Ministry, the third stage started from the beginning of the month of Muharram.
